  • This curly cable goes between the control unit and the bottom slat on a roller shutter and wires into the optical eyes on a wired system.

  • It is part of the safety edge system on a roller shutter.  When the signal is blocked, by pressing the rubber, the door will stop and reverse the door for safety.
