Returns Information
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, or have bought the wrong items and need to exchange them, please contact us within 14 working days of delivery for instructions on how to return or exchange the items.
Items must be returned in the same new and unused condition and within 14 days of receipt, or we won’t be able to issue a refund. Please call or email us for return instructions. A copy of your receipt must be enclosed with the return.
Delivery Information
We offer a range of delivery options based on your location and how quickly you need your order. All prices include 20% VAT and are calculated by order weight and delivery location.
If ordered before 12 pm (Monday–Friday only). Sent via courier. Applies to most items, excluding palletised goods or items not held in stock.
United Kingdom Deliveries
Royal Mail Options
- Economy (2–5 Working Days) – from £1.99 (Second Class)
- Standard (1–3 Working Days) – from £3.49 (First Class)
- Special Delivery (Mon–Fri) – Guaranteed next day by 1pm, order before 12pm – from £12.95
- Saturday Special Delivery – Guaranteed Saturday by 1pm, order before 12pm Friday – from £15.95
Express Courier (DPD)
- Next Day Delivery – Order before 12pm (Mon–Fri), from £10.98
- Saturday / Sunday Delivery – from £26.20
- Timed Services (Before 10:30am or 12pm) – Premium options from £23.95
Note: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly may take longer (2–4 working days) and cost more.

How Delivery Costs Are Calculated
- By Weight – Heavier parcels cost more to ship.
- By Location – Remote areas and islands may incur extra charges or take longer.
- By Timing – Next-day and timed services require orders before 12pm (Mon–Fri).
- VAT – All delivery prices shown include VAT at 20%.
- Bank Holidays – No deliveries take place on UK bank holidays.
